Persjewel ships its products to its customers within 24 hours from completion of manufacture. Our scheduled delivery times have been calculated on the basis of our experience. However, sometimes, for reasons that are beyond our control, our shipments encounter delays.
Our company cannot assume liability for any damage or complaint that may result from a delay in delivery (owing to problems with the post or another shipping service), regardless of whether the delay occurs in the country of origin or at the destination.
Without comprising quality, we have trimmed our manufacturing time to 3 - 5 working days from the moment an order is placed.
We ship free of charge worldwide using standard registered mail. Delivery time is 8 - 14 working days, depending on the destination.
Customs and taxes
Depending on the destination country, imported jewelry may be subject to customs, import tariffs and other levies. The recipient is responsible for releasing his/her jewelery from customs and in doing so, must respect allregulations and laws in his local country. Persjewel is not liable for delays that may occur while clearing deliveries through customs.
Customer return policy
We at Persjewel constantly strive to thrill our customers with our jewelery. We have great confidence in the design and quality of our products. However, if for any reason you wish to return a product, you are requested to send it back to us in the original packing within 100 days of receipt. We will refund your money (minus the shipping costs) as soon as the item arrives at our warehouse. Please note, in the event that you decide to return a product, you will be liable for any additional costs that may be incurred, such as customs and inspection fees.
Persjewel is committed to ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. In the unlikely event that the product you receive does not match your order, you are kindly requested to contact us immediately. We will arrange for you to return the item to us and, on receipt, will dispatch the correct product.
All our products are crafted with the utmost precision and care. Occasionally, the finished product may differ slightly from the picture or simulation that is displayed on our site. Persjewel accepts full responsibility for these minor deviations. Should you decide to return the jewelery, we will credit your account (minus the shipping costs) as soon as the item arrives at our warehouse.
We can tailor our designs to match your style and mood. For a little extra, you can add a unique touch to that special gift. While we make every effort to accommodate our customers’ wishes, please be aware that non-standard items are not covered by our customer return policy.
